Crisis is looking to recruit a new Policy Manager. Working with the Director of Policy and Research you would lead Crisis work to influence Government and public policy on behalf of single homeless people. This is an exciting and rewarding role offering considerable scope for a committed individual to shape and lead the development of Crisis public policy positions.

Ideal candidate
* Extensive experience of working in a high pressure policy environment.
* Track record of successfully working with and influencing policy makers.
* Good communication skills.
* An ability to grasp complex issues, identify the key issues and to respond effectively.
* Being both a self-starter and a strong team player are essential.
