The OneVoice Movement seeks a National Organizing Director to help plan, manage, and execute the OneVoice on Campus program and our US community outreach and engagement.

OneVoice, the flagship undertaking of the PeaceWorks Foundation, is a multinational organization with offices in New York, Washington, DC, Chicago and London. The OneVoice teams work together to build and steward an international grassroots movement to support conflict resolution, amplifying the voices of moderates and countering extremism. The Movement specifically aims to amplify the voice of Israeli and Palestinian moderates via our regional partners, based in Tel Aviv and Ramallah. The OneVoice on Campus OneVoice on Campus is a unique college fellowship program active on 20 campuses across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, New England, and Northeast regions and poised to grow. Our aim is to cultivate and train a team of engaged students throughout the country capable of harnessing the energy on campus to advocate for an end to the occupation and a peaceful resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Responsibilities Include:

Recruit, train and manage a team of Regional Organizers;
Set and monitor progress towards metrics for outreach and engagement;
Design and manage regional and campus expansion and increased depth and impact among current program participants;
Establish a strong professional culture within the program focused on accountability, specific goals, utilization of best practices, innovation, and sense of purpose;
Work with Regional Organizers to design and lead trainings to enhance programmatic goals and ensure fellows have the knowledge, skills and attitude to be effective solutions-oriented advocates;
Manage the Campus Fellows program budget and logistics in collaboration with Executive Director;
This job will entail frequent domestic travel to support trainings, staff retreats, and other community and campus events and is based in OneVoice’s New York City office.

Qualifications & Skills:

3-5 years of grassroots organizing experience on political campaigns or for non-profits;
Experience training and managing high performing staff and volunteer networks; experience managing remote staff is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to design and maintain a goal-oriented accountability structure with clear metrics and reporting systems.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; successful at motivating staff to meet volunteer recruitment, retention and engagement goals.
Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A commitment to OneVoice’s mission and vision are a must.
A familiarity with the Middle East, international affairs and conflict resolution is highly desired.
Experience with digital organizing tools and social and earned media are a plus.
